We carry out the sale and purchase of commercial property across the country. Our specialist has carried out many interesting and challenging projects where property is used for a wide variety of planning uses, including offices and factories, holiday parks, park homes, agriculture, recycling centres and quarries. We can also advise on property related issues such as the grant of easements, options and overage agreements.<\/p>\r\n

We advise landlords and tenants on commercial leasehold negotiations, lease renewals, rent deposits, authorised guarantee agreements, licence for alterations, lease assignments and sub-letting work.
